Vision: To create a functional and portable propagation unit that can mass produce plants using minimal resources, time, and labor.

The ability of water to wick has been used in various technologies, wicking garden beds. Commercial units are available for people to purchase; however, the options are limited and often too small to consider for large scale use.

This design project will evaluate the effectiveness of wicking for starting plants from seed and cuttings, the use of materials, time, and the design of the wicking propagation units.
